This is a good waist pack

This is a good waist pack. The elastic waistband is adjustable for a snug fit without tangling. The buckle is high quality and reliable, so you don't have to worry about it coming off. The bag is made of neoprene to protect any items you may be carrying and is mesh lined to allow ventilation between the bag and you. I've tried wearing it on bare skin and it's comfortable, no chafing or chafing. This is more on the minimal end of the spectrum, though: there's a zip pocket and enough room for three, maybe four, energy bars. One or two if you want to carry your phone around (I have an iPhone 4 and would have had to remove the case in this situation). In addition, there is enough space for car keys and ID in both cases. I wouldn't recommend over-stuffing the bag as the zipper, while appearing strong and of good quality, is smaller and not what I would call 'heavy duty'. Overall, this is a very good pack for short runs or race day (it's light, unobtrusive, and comfortable to wear even on bare skin). If you want to make sure you have enough space for things like keys, wallet, fuel and phone, then you should look elsewhere. If all you need to carry is a card, a key or two, a phone (no case) and a few (maximum 2) power strips, then this bag will do. I've added a photo to give an idea of the size of the bag.
