I bought my family the same pajama set for Christmas. I ordered a large men's suit for my family and it turned out to be too big. He is about 5ft 7-5ft 8 inches tall, weighs about 150 pounds and is very slim. On the other hand, I bought my mom the women's XL and they were too small and she's about 5ft 6in and 250lbs. I bought the XL for men and they fit really well, I'm 5ft 8" and about 250. My sister got the small women and they were a bit long but other than that they fit well. It's a t-shirt like material and the colors are very vibrant and overall we're all very happy with our elf look!
