On May 9, 2015 I purchased the Nathan 5K Runner's Waist Pack, Black. I had it by January 2020, hiking biking! I take it to the beach, to the gym, on trips and expeditions). I have recommended it to all my active friends. Unfortunately I lost this hip pack in January of this year 2020 (it just disappeared. I looked everywhere! I was heartbroken). So I went back to Revain and bought another one on January 27th, 2020. May 2, 2020. I noticed that the stitching on one of the straps that connects to the backpack is frayed, falling apart and barely holding up. I was devastated! I tried contacting the company on their website hoping they could get it right but they never responded. Today is May 10th and the strap fell off. Looks like we can put this on the "they don't make them the way they used to" heap.
