It fits my iPhone XR like a glove which is in a commuter bag. Great fit with easy insertion and removal. I used to have an Aphipod strap with an elastic pocket. It was painful for me to insert and remove the phone. This strap doesn't jump when you move it, but I have one complaint. I was looking for something other than an iPhone band to use while running outdoors. I wanted something small but big enough for my iPhone, plus a keychain and money clip. This is the first time I've used a belt like this. It's much better to carry your phone with you when running. I've run all of my 6, 8, 10 and 14 miles in this belt this season and have had mostly positive feedback. What's good: I can fit my phone, keys, and a few power-ups (Samsung S5, btw).
