This is the first time I've used a belt like this. It's much better to carry your phone with you when running. I've run all of my 6, 8, 10 and 14 miles in this belt this season and have had mostly positive feedback. What's good: I can fit my phone, keys, and a few power-ups (Samsung S5, btw). The stretch in the sleeve helps wrap it around your hips and minimize bouncing. Although I seriously sweat in it, it doesn't stink like Dri-Fit shorts (not too bad): The strap is REALLY long to fit a variety of size options, but that can get in the way. So far I've used a rubber band to secure the extra strap and it works well except sometimes I get knocked off and have to repeat it when stopped. I think I'll cut off the excess, if it works I'll unsubscribe as it turns out. I'm worried about cutting off the excess because it can be undone, but I think I can use some heat to seal the ends. All in all a good product at a reasonable price. I used to run with my phone one out of four times and now I can take it with me every time and don't feel like I'm lugging around a large piece of equipment as I practically forget it once I've driven it a mile. or so.
