I've recently had acute shoulder/back pain due to neck tension and the only thing that seemed to help (besides neck stretches) was a neck massage. While it would be great to get them daily, it's not very convenient. I'm skeptical of massage chairs, but this one seems to work great for the pressure points on my neck. Its rotating balls move up and down to provide a full back massage with neck and back isolation settings (full, up and down). Raising the upper back was a little painful for my liking, so I mainly focused on the lower back and neck. There's also a setting to turn on the heating function to relax muscles, which is nice. If desired, it also vibrates in the seating area. Overall I would recommend this product.
