The ease of using it! I love that I can schedule everyone in once and that they all go out at the same time. This has helped us eliminate multiple emails back and forth with my employees. It also helps me track attendance, which was not previously possible. There are some minor glitches here and there but it's nothing major. Use it! It will help you eliminate confusion between schedules and communication about schedule changes. We were able to communicate with our employees about their schedule changes easier than ever before.
