One day has passed. I did a lot of research and found that I need to spend a little more to get a standing chair. I never thought I would be working from home 8 hours a day for months, so I got away with a very cheap and non-ergonomic Wayfair chair. Back pain, chest pain, lack of sleep and headaches and shortness of breath (non covid), I found my posture was killing me. I hope this chair helps, it's the first day of use and it feels like my office chair. It took about 15 minutes to assemble and there wasn't a single colored tongue, which is great. Usually some curses come out, but in fact everything turned out very well. It has an adjustable lumbar support that moves up and down just like the armrests. The seat is quite comfortable, which is to be expected. To be honest I really liked the mesh back chairs as they are breathable and comfortable. Time will tell how it holds up but I'm happy with the build and ease of assembly.
