Really great chair

This is a really well designed chair. I received mine through the Revain Warehouse deal with a damaged box but it still arrived in perfect condition like new. What I particularly appreciate is the smoothness, no squeaks, a thick and high-quality seat cushion with a rigidity that cannot be found anywhere else, and good ergonomic back support. I highly recommend this chair.

Chair is fine but armrest is cracked

I have had the chair for about 6 months now. i like the chair It's better than what I had. The only thing I don't like about this chair is the left armrest. For some reason the padding on the armrest breaks. I tried to glue it back but it keeps cracking. I have no idea why he's doing this. I hope the other side doesn't start with this. The tear started at the seam and went down the seam and forward, but then broke down the side of the front. It must be a manufacturing defect.

Overall good chair and company

Just a great chair and even better customer service. I bought this used chair in good condition, when I received it everything was in the original packaging and box. When I assembled the chair, it worked perfectly for about a day. Then it won't stay in the "locked position" to sit upright. The chair reclined fully and was not fixed in any position. I called customer service, they diagnosed the problem in seconds and sent me a new part with no questions asked. Arrived 3 days later and fixed my…

Noisy! needs lubricating every few months, internal parts break

First of all I would like to say that this is a comfortable chair and not overly expensive for its general build quality. The problem is that after 3 months it started to be very noisy when I lean forward or backward or shift my weight in general. The repair isn't the end of the world, it requires flipping it over, removing the piston clamp, removing the wheels and lubricating everything. It also had a cheap rubber seal that broke and I know I'll have to replace it soon. Really expected much…

5 stars so far for home office chairs

One day has passed. I did a lot of research and found that I need to spend a little more to get a standing chair. I never thought I would be working from home 8 hours a day for months, so I got away with a very cheap and non-ergonomic Wayfair chair. Back pain, chest pain, lack of sleep and headaches and shortness of breath (non covid), I found my posture was killing me. I hope this chair helps, it's the first day of use and it feels like my office chair. It took about 15 minutes to assemble and

The best chair. good for home office chairs

I've had this chair at work for a few years now and just bought it for my home office. I'm a tall boy and this is the perfect chair for a tall boy. As for the armrests, they will do, but the trick is to buy self-adhesive suede in a sheet (commonly used for dance shoe soles) and glue it to the top of the armrests. You win in two ways: the armrests are permanently fixed, and the suede looks great when you're typing and resting your hands on it. I'm 6'1" and I like that I can sit with my head back

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Minor issues

I like the mesh but need a footrest

The synchronous tilt is much better than the tension control I encounter at work. At work I have this chair with 4 tension positions, but due to this variety the seat is a bit loose and not as synchronized as this chair. Although this chair has a recline range of only 5-10 degrees, the seat is synchronized and feels natural. There's a lot of resistance when you sit back and I think that will work for most people. The rumors are true, this chair is tall. No one can touch the ground with their…

The chair is mostly normal, but the armrests.

The chair is generally normal but the armrests are falling apart and after two years they don't last very long. The armrest begins to tear at the seams on the side facing you. It then starts tearing at the top after resting your elbow on it for too long. 3 years: had to completely replace the armrests as they were no longer comfortable on them 5 years: the right armrest popped out of the bottom screws and the bottom plastic broke immediately after wearing. It's time to buy a new chair. I will…

Great chair, very sturdy and will last a long time.

I don't usually do product reviews but my brother asked me about the chair I bought and used; So I dug up my order history to find this product. I've been using this chair almost daily since October 2015. I'm a fairly active PC gamer and the chair has held up surprisingly well. All of my back problems from long periods of sitting are gone and the chair feels as solid as ever. My only concern is that after about 1 year the armrests started breaking into small pieces of material and fell off very
