First of all I would like to say that this is a comfortable chair and not overly expensive for its general build quality. The problem is that after 3 months it started to be very noisy when I lean forward or backward or shift my weight in general. The repair isn't the end of the world, it requires flipping it over, removing the piston clamp, removing the wheels and lubricating everything. It also had a cheap rubber seal that broke and I know I'll have to replace it soon. Really expected much better. If the replacement parts were expensive ($5) or the job was that difficult, I would rate it lower. It might just be a bum ;-) device and you can get better.
