**UPDATE** I changed 3 stars to 5. I'm a little late with this update but they sent me another cable exactly the same as the one I ordered. This one is perfect and I didn't have that problem with it. As I said before, I believe it was just something with a defect in this particular cable and does not indicate the quality of the other cables. I say that everyone can order it without any worries. THANK YOU for sending us a new cable! I bought this a while ago and don't usually leave a review but I'm hoping the seller or Revain sees this and maybe offer a replacement. Plugged in and everything worked. It was exactly what I was looking for. After a week or so the cable was still working, but the back of the fork had somehow come undone. (pic 1) As I said it still worked but I was uncomfortable that it was broken and possibly at risk of electrocution or worse. So I disabled it and then everything just fell apart. (pics 2 and 3) It doesn't look like it was electrocuted as nothing looks burnt or charred (pics 4 and 5) and the plug and socket still worked. (connected to bottom outlet. Air freshener connected to top outlet. Enough space for both) I haven't subjected it to multiple plugging and unplugging. I only used it on my Keurig so I left it plugged in until this incident happened. I don't think this is common on this topic. I have the feeling that I was just unlucky and caught a defect. I really hope that someone will offer me the exchange because the cable is exactly what I was looking for in terms of length, number of connectors and rotating head.
