Sometimes it shows exactly where it is, and sometimes it shows it's 3 houses away from its actual location. I don't know why, maybe because it's pinging from different cell towers? Also, you can't turn the alarm button on or off yourself, you have to do that. The app would be better if I didn't have to press 'Refresh' or 'Latest' to see where it is and the car doesn't seem to do anything for me other than a countdown. I didn't understand what I accidentally touched to switch from map mode to street view, and it's not easy to return to map mode. There is no instruction booklet. It is difficult to cancel automatic billing. Their website is down then I called and they are still taking my money for 3 months! 😡
