Works exactly as advertised. Thanks to other reviewers like you I bought this one and not what I originally intended to buy. And luckily I found it after reading the reviews. Thanks to everyone who writes reviews. I now have a very inexpensive candy dispenser filled with, I might add, a billion flavors of Jelly Belly Gourmet Jelly Beans. Now, when friends come, they don't have to put their hands in a glass that doesn't know who was there before. You simply turn the turntable in the desired direction, press the handle and a small handful of sweet treats come out. The lid is fairly easy to open and remove to refill or clean this handy little dispenser. And yes, it's plastic. So you have to be careful with the placement. But a bargain for the price and functionality. Now when friends, relatives or neighbors come by and want something to eat, they can just reach out and press a button on their boat. And everyone is happy. I am sure. And thank you to everyone who took a few minutes each day to review this or any other article.
