I really like this brand. Tried a different brand but it dug into my back and the zipper would not stay up. Sent it back and returned to TrainingGirl. Love this, it's my second one. Bought one last year, XL but I wasn't consistant till this March and now it's too big. Helps me sweat A LOT but no longer compresses. I'm already on the last hook, so I sized down to a Large. Great!A little hard to put on at first but still feels good. I'm on the first hook. It compresses without restricting my breathing. I can breathe in it. Can't wait to test it out on my next workout.
