Review on Redragon M801 Wireless Gaming Mouse with RGB Backlight, 9 Programmable Buttons and Macro Recording for Windows PC Gamers - Black by Jaewon Hahm ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

Of the special properties of this mouse, I would like to note the excellent gaming experience, since the mouse sits like a glove in the hand and gives good pointing accuracy. The sensor liftoff is quite low, there is no post-tracking, which is a huge plus, especially for shooter games. With weights, you can shift the center of gravity in the desired direction, which personally helped me get used to the mouse very quickly, choosing the right weight balance. The middle-class sensor does not shine with hypersensitivity, but it is not needed. Sometimes, instead of sensitivity, you want stability, and here it is. Very happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • Good mid-range gaming mouse. Everything is nicely combined in it, namely: excellent ergonomics and size, Pixart 3327 combat sensor, good glides, adjustable weight, beautiful backlight, reliable wire with memory effect, price.
Cons
  • Among the shortcomings, I would single out a curved buggy software, sensor interpolation (its real DPI is 6200), lack of a step of 50 DPI, inaccuracy in the description regarding weight (in the description 140g, in fact 110g with weights), not enough space for the thumb (literally rests on the side buttons). There was a piercing squeak of LMB at the beginning, it disappeared with time.

Some pros: build quality, beautiful customizable backlight, programmable keys Its cons: the wire is too stiff, but this is not a drawback, but just not the biggest inconvenience.
