The package arrived in about a week which is normal. The package has arrived in good condition. It is immediately apparent that the product is new and neatly packaged. I love the occasion that came with it. You can tell it's very protective and it even has a pocket that I put my charger and extra headphones in. I love that it comes with different sizes of airliners as well as a shock absorbing liner to put on the liner to give you more comfort if that is what you want. The buttons are actually very easy to use and easy to remember. I used it all day and could just press the button on the side with my shoulder, to answer and hang up if I didn't want to use my hands at all at that point. Other buttons are also versatile and easy to use. The volume control is easy to remember without even thinking about it. Skip or go back music is also very convenient. I had no problems at all. Listening to music was great. The sound quality was very high. When I was on the phone, I heard the interlocutor very clearly, they never asked me to repeat myself, so I think they understood me well too. This is a very versatile headset that can be used all day, the battery life is actually very long. I love that it came fully charged so I could use it right away and the charge lasts a long time. If you need to charge it it doesn't seem to last long, just leave it on for maybe an hour and you could go a couple of days depending on how much you say. I'd say it's even good for work if you want to use it for that or just for convenience while driving. Using it while driving is very easy once you turn it on and you can even turn it on with your shoulder as we said. I love that you can also wake up your phone's assistant with the press of a button.
