very good idea. I found most of the information in other reviews but there are a few things you should know. The projector is decent but not super premium. I found that when projecting an image, I had trouble reading small text, even when the resolution was changed. The small sharpening knob is useful but may not be as sharp as I need it to be. I ended up hooking it up to an HDTV via HDMI and now it's a very good picture. When projecting, I didn't notice a difference in picture quality between wireless or HDMI, but I did notice it within a foot of the system. As I spread them out further, it started to flicker. A very nice feature of the projector is that it WORKS with other inputs (though only via a wireless connection to the Lenovo system). I connected it to my cable box via HDMI and it projects a huge image. There are some issues with lines running across the screen when changing scenes and updating the image, but for me this is not a critical factor as I only had 1 TV and now that this is my monitor and I have a way to watch wanted TV, and that's acceptable to me (and, importantly, massive), but those who value cinematic picture quality won't want to use the projector for anything other than maybe presentations or things where picture perfection isn't that important. The computer itself is great. . Very quickly, although not as quickly as I expected. Coming from a 4GB Surface Pro 1 tablet, I figured an upgrade to a Core i7 and 16GB RAM would do the trick, but I have no reason to expect it except in my imagination. But it's certainly fast enough for pretty much anything. One important thing, when I received it, it told me to upgrade to the latest Windows 10 version 14393 from the pre-installed version 10586. I did this and after that the system froze, downloading and waiting for things to install, all sorts of things and I couldn't even close things in the task manager. I had to restart the system. I reverted to 10586 and everything worked great so I would advise against upgrading to 14393 until the hang bug is fixed. Overall, the system itself is great, but the projector isn't.
