How else can you tell all these puppies apart! If you have a new litter of puppies, this is the only way to identify each pup and keep track of their weight and other important parameters. The vet was very happy that each puppy had a different colored collar. We were able to ask people to choose their new puppy in advance and we were able to track their progress. The collar itself is very durable and easy to adjust and remove. The safety feature works great so if the collar is pulled too tight instead of choking the pup it will tighten (breakaway feature). In addition to the variety of colors, they also have numbers for additional identification. Good product. Used from 2 weeks to 8 weeks of age. The largest puppy we had was 16lbs (all German Shepherds) and was still fit at 8 weeks old.
