Kahlua loves the comfy foam, so we're keeping it. He fell asleep on it right out of the bag. The foam expanded around him while he snoozed.The good: The inner foam is very thick and comfy. The top of the cover is nice and soft. Doggo loves it.The disappointing: Right out of the box, both outside zippers were missing the zipper pulls. The pulls were in pieces in the bag. To get the main part unzipped, I will have to use pliers. The zipper didn't move smoothly, so I'll leave it until I need to wash. It took forever to get the first few inches hidden by the little cloth cubby (a really nice feature if the zipper worked). Since what's left of the zipper pull is sharp, I've had to cover it with velcro to keep from scratching people, dogs and floor. The zipper for the bolster won't budge. Also the bottom fabric is thin and I don't hold much hope for it lasting through more than a few washings. Plus it's very slippery on wood floors.
