ALWAYS START AT HIGH SPEED

Check your measurements. I was surprised at how big this fan/light is and how low the unit hangs. It moves a lot of air silently and the light is very bright (no dimmer unfortunately) but looks SO CHEAP. There is nothing elegant or modern about this plastic animal. There is also no way to clean the underside of the fan blades. My electrician reminded me that all fans should always run at maximum speed, then wait a bit and adjust as desired. This "makes them seem eternal".
