First impressions: 1. It was worth the wait: It took almost a month from ordering to arrival. Strange.2. Appearance: Attractive shoes, made of high quality materials and well designed.3. Weight: average, as befits such shoes.4. Feeling: perfect fit. I have replaced the insoles with others that provide more arch support. All in all, at first glance, a very comfortable shoe.5. Running experience: Wow. I bought Brooks Addiction shoes ($140) because of my extremely flat feet. These $85 Fitvilles are more comfortable than the Brooks. In fact, they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.6. Durability: to be determined.
