I like that it's easy to use for clients, as well as myself! It provides great reporting features too - so we can see what our most popular days are etc., which helps us plan ahead of time when staffing needs will be high (exhibitions) versus low (office hours).
The ability to have multiple users with different access levels would help ease some concerns about security issues if not already addressed by your software provider or team/personnel who set up accounts in advance; however this has nothing to do wtih how good their service was during setup process & training sessions they provide upon installation.
