Great system, must use and recommended platform

I like that it can be used for both inbound & outboud calls with ease! It's also very simple as well which makes training new reps easier than other solutions we've looked at previously. There isn't much you could dislike about this product if your looking into an IVR solution (other then maybe price). If they offer free trials or discounts - get one now so there are no surprises later down the line when contracts start rolling over from month 1 of purchase date etc. We have reduced our costs

  • Very intuitive, easy to use system but offers flexibility too eith lots more features available should required/desired functionality is added onto base software package..this was not always true before moving away form older systems such as Avaya Vantage where customisation would require expensive consultancy fees plus high ongoing licensing cost thereafter.not sure why vendors don’t keep up to

Great way connect remotely and share documents

It's very easy for our team members who are remote workers around the world to communicate with each other using this product! I love that it allows me to send files from my computer directly into their inbox without having them download anything or have any special equipment needed in order to open those attachments. Sometimes when we receive an email attachment (like PDFs), they don't always show up right away after clicking "Open" so sometimes you need to refresh your page before seeing…

  • You can create folders within conversations , which is great because there’s no more confusion as far how one person sent something else instead another recipient ! Very simple UI interface & navigation ; The ability make audio calls via chat just click drop down menu at top left hand corner under Chat tab choose "Audio Call" option.

Always great customer service & super fast response times

I have had no problems with anyone at this business! It's so nice having someone who answers my calls immediately when they are available instead of me sending emails or texts for an answer back as quickly as possible!! They always seem happy and helpful whenever we speak about our issues together. If there were any downsides it would be that we don't get too many people in while its still quiet (aside from their hours). We do love how quick we can access them if needed - definitely makes life

Great system but can feel over-whelming sometimes

Easy to set up and use - no training required as it's very intuitive! It does what we need in our office space at work. We are able to see who has come into the building via an app or website (website doesn't show everyone that comes through). No problems really, other than some of our customers think its too complicated for them to figure out so they just ask their secretary/assistant instead which means they don't get the info they want. Easy to use and very affordable: Bringme Desk

It was easy for my employees as well have their own personal desktops so they could work from home when needed without being in an office environment with other people! A couple of features like having multiple screens or options that were missing would be nice - maybe more screen sizes? I can't really think about anything else at this time though because it's been such great success since we implemented last year!! We are now able solve our call center issues by allowing everyone who needs…

  • Very organized, reliable service no glitches to speakof during use & very intuitive interface makes navigating super simple!!! Everything is right before your eyes which helps me keep tabs across all user accounts even those whose login password isn’t saved yet but only remember usernames
