I like that it can be used for both inbound & outboud calls with ease! It's also very simple as well which makes training new reps easier than other solutions we've looked at previously.
There isn't much you could dislike about this product if your looking into an IVR solution (other then maybe price). If they offer free trials or discounts - get one now so there are no surprises later down the line when contracts start rolling over from month 1 of purchase date etc. We have reduced our costs by $2k per week since implementing BMS compared with previous call centre provider who paid us via monthly invoices each time clients called through their contact centres!!
