Excellent customer service & very user friendly!!

I love how easy it was to set up my account once I got over all of the technicalities! It's been great being able to keep track of who is coming into our facility. Some features are not as helpful as they should be (like when someone has already checked out), but overall this program works well! We have used different programs before, but nothing really stood out until we tried The Receptionist! Nothing at all! This is an awesome app! Great tool if you need organization in your life

I love the fact that it is very easy to use, and keeps track of all my clients. It also has a section where I can store notes and reminders for each client. This helps me keep track of everything! I am having one issue at this time, but I have found a way around it. Sometimes the app freezes. Not sure why, but when this happens, I just close it out and open it up again to make sure it still works. If not, then I will probably close it and start over. I would recommend this app! Works flawlessly for check-ins with minimal configuration

I love how easy it was set up! It's very intuitive once you get used to using all of its features. There are some things we would have liked if they were better explained or made clearer (such as when editing an event). However most everything works great out of box without any training required. We're able to see who has checked into our events right from their phones/tablets upon arrival at the venue. This helps us be much quicker about getting people registered and moving them along through…

I love it - it has been great having access from my desktop!

I love how it allows me access from my desktop which saves precious time as i am able get up close an personal when needed! It has been very easy adapting into our work flow at this point of year (end). Nothing really bad about receptionists app but would be nice if there was some way we were notified or given reminders before guests arrive via email/text messages etc? Easy to use software that helped us navigate our remote work environment!

I have been using this app over 2 years now (almost) without issues but sometimes do not see an option where something should be clickable or shows up as blocked when trying multiple times from different devices/operating systems etc.. It has helped streamline my workday significantly by taking all of those little things off me's plate! My job consists mostly dealing via email & phone calls regarding general customer concerns while working remotely at home most days during pandemic lockdown…
