It's easy to use, it's easy to set up, and it's easy to integrate with other systems. There are some minor glitches here and there. I have run into one where the system does not allow me to delete an employee from a company. I get an error message stating that it is not possible to delete an employee when in fact I can delete them. I have also run into an issue where I could not change the password for the system. I like how easy it was for our staff members (security team) to use! It didn't take long at all before everyone had their own unique code as well as having access codes available if needed. The best feature of this product it's very simple but powerful! I love how easy you can manage everything with one platform (eViewer). There are some minor bugs here or there which we've had resolved by their support team via email within 24 hours - nothing major just small issues like wrong passwords being entered etc., however if something does go amiss then its really quite quick for them get back at us about any issue relating directly to our account/solution as soon as possible!!
