Review on The Receptionist by Kaveen Reyes

I have been using this app over 2 years now (almost) without issues but sometimes do not see an option where something should be clickable or shows up as blocked when trying multiple times from different devices/operating systems etc.. It has helped streamline my workday significantly by taking all of those little things off me's plate! My job consists mostly dealing via email & phone calls regarding general customer concerns while working remotely at home most days during pandemic lockdown here are Canada - we've had COVID cases within our business community here which led us into remote offices until further notice.- I love how easy it was to set up my account after downloading all of their training material! It has been extremely helpful having access 24/7 from anywhere via mobile device or computer. I have had very little issues since our launch date (we are still small business). There were some bugs we ran into early but they worked quickly through them which helped us as well. We use this app at work during non working hours when not everyone else will be able handle things such as phone calls if needed.
