Easy to set up and use - no training required as it's very intuitive! It does what we need in our office space at work. We are able to see who has come into the building via an app or website (website doesn't show everyone that comes through). No problems really, other than some of our customers think its too complicated for them to figure out so they just ask their secretary/assistant instead which means they don't get the info they want. Have been using this since 2015 with great success. I have yet to run across any issues or complaints from my clients. Keeping track of incoming calls and emails by phone number and email address rather than having to go though each person individually when responding is nice. This also helps employees be more productive throughout the day and reduces wasted time if there isn't anyone available to answer phones.
