It was easy for my employees as well have their own personal desktops so they could work from home when needed without being in an office environment with other people! A couple of features like having multiple screens or options that were missing would be nice - maybe more screen sizes? I can't really think about anything else at this time though because it's been such great success since we implemented last year!! We are now able solve our call center issues by allowing everyone who needs access has one place where he/she knows exactly what information will help them get back into business quickly if there ever happens something out side normal hours (like bad weather).
