The ability for our marketing department to view insights about their campaigns in an easy way was great! I dislike being able to only see metrics over 30 days into past periods - some things take longer than others as well (weeks vs months). If it takes too long or if we have no insight then there isn't really much value out here since they are not using analytics tools like this one already so its hard to convince them otherwise when someone else has been doing what needs done better before us. Having quick access to reports from multiple sources helps with monitoring trends across many different channels & content types without having to keep track through each piece separately.
