Great tool for tracking content performance, quick integration with other tools

The ability for our marketing department to view insights about their campaigns in an easy way was great! I dislike being able to only see metrics over 30 days into past periods - some things take longer than others as well (weeks vs months). If it takes too long or if we have no insight then there isn't really much value out here since they are not using analytics tools like this one already so its hard to convince them otherwise when someone else has been doing what needs done better before…

Pros
  • It is simple, fast at providing insightful information that can be customized per my liking/preference which makes me want more features instead :)
Cons
  • Not enough data retention period

Would recommend Easy Projects Analytics and reporting service

I like how easy it was for our small office with less than 10 employees - we were able to get up an running in no time! The interface could be improved but this wasn't something they had planned out prior so not much help there. Also some features are missing or limited (like sending emails). If all goes well then everyone should have their own dashboard which can serve as reference once set-up has been complete. Tracking website traffic trends over different periods using Google analytics API

  • Great customer service team is helpful & responsive at any point throughout implementation phase
  • Easy access through portal makes managing account very straightforward

  • Somewhat slow performance during peak hours.
  • Limited reporting options
