This fits my laptop great, holds up well with no issues and is so easy to open and close for the camera. I didn't stay on my phone long when I applied it to cover my phone's camera, but that's because the phone throbs during normal use. However, it fits the laptop perfectly, which is the main reason I got it anyway.

After a week of use I would say 4.5 stars. It's very thin and blends well so you can't tell you've glued it on. I was concerned that the slot hole was too small, but the webcam doesn't seem to turn off when I'm using it, so I think it's tailored right to the laptop's camera specs. They are very thin but I feel like you can snap them together easily if there is a problem. Bought laptop cameras for my mom and I. They work great. It was tricky to put on, but that's the user's fault, not the slider itself.

I use it because all my classes and meetings are online. Ideally, it covers your camera while you prepare to shoot a video. Sometimes I'm not sure if my camera will turn on automatically, so I use this to make sure I'm never caught by surprise.

Installation was quite easy. The webcam covers were still in place after 24 hours. It's barely noticeable. This is a much better solution than trying to cover the camera with stickers, pieces of paper, etc.

I needed to be able to close my work laptop's camera when I wasn't using it. I used to just use a piece of dark tape for this, but due to Covid and working from home I really needed to use a camera for work meetings. I found this cover and I liked it because it works like a clasp. You can use the camera when needed and lock it when not in use. It's easy to use and does exactly what it's supposed to. I recommend.

I just received this and it works very well. I can't say much about the adhesion as I've only had it for less than 24 hours so it's not fully bonded yet. It fits my Acer laptop perfectly. It's very thin, so my laptop closes almost completely. I wouldn't have noticed the difference if I wasn't paying attention. It doesn't scratch my camera or block my camera when open. I'm glad it comes in a 3 pack to give to the rest of my family!

They work well if you only use them to cover the laptop camera lens. However, if you have an iMac or MacBook, the LED to the right of the lens that shows the camera is on or the ambient light sensor, which is to the left of the camera, will be dimmed or completely covered. I see this can be useful on a smartphone as well, but if there's a light sensor or on/off indicator, it will light up. Otherwise, their small size is great, and the mechanism to swing the lid back and forth seemed fine.
