Would recommend Easy Projects Analytics and reporting service
I like how easy it was for our small office with less than 10 employees - we were able to get up an running in no time! The interface could be improved but this wasn't something they had planned out prior so not much help there. Also some features are missing or limited (like sending emails). If all goes well then everyone should have their own dashboard which can serve as reference once set-up has been complete. Tracking website traffic trends over different periods using Google analytics API would require more technical expertise from support staff if needed.

- Great customer service team is helpful & responsive at any point throughout implementation phase
- Easy access through portal makes managing account very straightforward

- Somewhat slow performance during peak hours.
- Limited reporting options
