I like how easy it was for our small office with less than 10 employees - we were able to get up an running in no time! The interface could be improved but this wasn't something they had planned out prior so not much help there. Also some features are missing or limited (like sending emails). If all goes well then everyone should have their own dashboard which can serve as reference once set-up has been complete. Tracking website traffic trends over different periods using Google analytics API would require more technical expertise from support staff if needed.
