Don't buy this chip, there are many similar chip manufacturers, so use one of them. For me the reason for 1 star is that there are no instructions on which wires to use as connection points on foreign cars or my BMW. The instructions have a website you can go to if your car make is not listed. It lists GM, Ford and Dodge color codes. So if you have American made cars, good luck with the chip. That website you went to is nothing more than an email link to ask your question and you have to wait. Reading the pre-install instructions I thought this link would give me instructions on which 2 of the 5 wires on my MAF sensor to connect to. So now I have my car ready for that, but I have to wait for innovations to guide me. Totally terrible customer service from the start! I can't wait for it to stop working or break with my engine. I will refund this $&@$ RFP first! There is no phone number anywhere that I could call and find out, there is a completely dubious operation hiding on the net! After doing a lot of research trying to figure out which wires to connect to, I found out that these so called "chips" can very well ruin your catalytic converter over time. This is actually a resistance system that fools the intake air temperature sensor signal to a fictitious value. The thing is, if you have an OBD II computer in your car, you can't flash it with such "chips" you have to flash your ECU. As for me, I'm going to return this junk and go with a real tuning blitz like Dinan and go with this one.
