Better than no options at all
The sound is 3/5 type accurate sound. I can connect it to my car stereo but overall the sound quality is definitely not as good as a regular aux jack. For those who don't really care about sound it will do the job just fine and will definitely help those with a new phone that doesn't have connectivity anyway, so it's better than nothing. I keep it in my car's side pocket for occasional use, but most of the time I just use Bluetooth instead. The main goal was just to save my phone's battery and not use bluetooth.
