Review on IN-RGY Workforce Software by Chp Rodgers

The user interface is easy enough for non IT users as well with all necessary features are there in one place! I think it's pretty good so far but would like more customization options - which can be difficult at times when you need them most!! It has helped us solve our problems of HR data integration from multiple systems into 1 platform. We're able make changes that help manage people better by creating profiles/departments etc without having developers come out every time we have an update or new feature request made internally within my team.
