Looks like a good buy - 4XL fits 57 "
4XL fits 57" above pants (I used a tape measure). Belt, but only because it has three vertical holes for each point - for my "casual office" and summer "outdoor" needs it would be perfect (I paid less than $10 Prime so it was a great offer!). good thickness and double stitching on top and bottom.
