The best thing about this application was that it allowed me access anywhere at any time which helped immensely when I had my hands full with other projects or responsibilities; however there were times where the app would crash so be prepared for some downtime as well! There really isn't much else i can say apart from being able to use it while traveling without having constant internet availability. It does what its supposed too do - keeping track employee information such health benefits etc., It's easy enough once you get used but definitely not something everyone will know how to utilize quickly especially if they haven't been using similar applications before (i'm sure most people wouldn’t have). Keeping up records regarding employees' sick leave usage/usage dates/amounts per pay period has made things easier since we now don't need those paper forms anymore.
