In general, the pendants are beautiful. It should be noted that some of the colors in the first image are not true at all. The blue is much darker, almost a royal indigo blue. The image of the person holding it is more accurate. The other shades of blue, purple, green and both pinks are slightly darker and/or lighter. Black and red colors are accurate. More glass cabochons are scratched than not. I was able to figure out how to get many of them to work, but some are really scratched and dented. I'm not sure if this happened during shipping or production and packaging. I understand that wrapping each one individually costs a lot more, but I think it might help to wrap all 32 in some sort of cushioning material and put them in a smaller bag so they can't slide against each other. If they hold up well I might consider buying again.
