QC Issue - But nice cam

I have a replacement coming as the first cam I got displayed its image upside down. Tells me they are not doing a whole lot of QC in the build process and that is concerning. Overall it's a 5 star deal.

The totally cool thing is that this gives you pan, tilt, and zoom. It is not a POE camera however. You only need to run power to it with the included A/C adapter; you can let Wi-Fi handle the rest. It also has the option of being able to hard wire it directly via ethernet. Not a 5MP security camera as it claims!

Took the camera out of the box, turned it on, and connected it to the internet and set it up as directed in the user manual. I did all the picture adjustments and set it to the highest resolution. The picture is way too bad and blurry to be a 5MP camera. compared it to my old security camera that is only 1080P resolution. I could not even keep this camera for an hour. Solid build, feature packed, easy to set up

The build quality and features of this camera typically come at a much higher cost. Most of the cameras in this price range are built primarily with plastic, and the mobile apps feel like they were made 5 years ago. Difficult to get on wifi.

Took several attempts to connect to wifi. Connected all cables and camera worked fine. Removed the wifi cable and would not work. I had to factory reset three times before I could get it to operate wireless. Once completed operates OK but you will need a strong wifi signal.
