This system is not idiot-proof, it takes a little technical knowledge and fiddling around (no complete user manual available), but it works. Night vision works well, installation was painless. Doesn't come with hard drive, and the manual and the listing states to use a 3.5 drive, the problem is the mounts in the case are for a 2.5 drive. I 3d printed a bracket to fix that problem. I am very happy with my home security system. I was very skeptical about this product, just because of the low price relative to the others at Walmart and in the retail stores. The cameras have been running for a week. Everything works as expected. Excellent resolution and image quality to be a unit under $ 100. This system is absolutely incredible and was easy to install.

I am pleased that all parts are there and appear to be of good quality for the money, I have yet to install it. Was wondering where you put the hard drive once purchased,or should I just buy an external hard drive? Mmm we'll see. All in all good product. Will update if anything changes.

Having this system makes me feel much more protected. It definitely does it's job and it's great for the price. It isn't the easiest to set up but luckily at least you only have to do that once and after that you rest easy!

Update: seller did give a partial refund but save your money this camera system is useless. I used to be able to view my cameras from the app while I was at work, Well the app doesn't work now unless I'm home which is useless. Ill be purchasing a better security system that at least WORKS.

I don't like so far that it seems to require a router to get it up and running. also there is no place for the internal drive. I will be returning more than likely.

This product is somehow always disconnecting from the internet and always going offline. It sucks to alway get on a ladder to reset this camera. Hope you fix the bugs. I definitely don’t recommend unless you are patient enough to reset every few days.

Very pleased with them. Used to keep an eye on the cars at night time to avoid kids horsing around and damaging them and the night vision quality is very good for the price and they stand up to the weather extremely well. Took a hurricane to get any sort of damage on the cameras.

It has way to many wires the clarity sucks no record cause no hard drive comes with the dvr bought one for it, it doesn’t set right for alarm or motion.
