Better than expected

The battery was received in the time promised. The battery was smaller and lighter than I expected. The charge ran my CPAP much longer than expected. Overall, very happy.

Very solid, more power than I expected

I'm using it to run my CPAP during power failures and it has worked very nicely!However watch out for the instructions that come with the battery pack.Read the label on the power brick that came with your CPAP. If it says "12 volts" DO NOT plug the power cable in to the 24 volt socket on the battery, even though the printed instructions with the battery pack say to do this. You need to contact the vendor for the correct adapter so your 12 volt CPAP plugs in to the 12 volt output jack on the…

Works extremely well for camping with my ResMed Airsense 10

I was skeptical about whether or not this would work considering how inexpensive it was compared to the recommended $400 unit that I found online. Following other reviewers' advice, I purchased the TalentCell DC 24V Power Cord, 5.5 x 2.1mm Male to DC7406 for less than $20 and it worked! False advertising! on my review.

The battery seems to work well, but the weight is wrongly described as 700 grams. The actual weight is around 850 grams, and weight is critical for my use. Had I known, I would have bought a different model. Wish I could return this, but I don't have the box anymore.

Warning not an automatic switchover

WARNING 24V RESMED CPAP users.The unit does not allow you to use while charging. It can only be used as a backup battery and not an automatic back up in the event of AC power loss.If your home lost power you would need to wake up , remove the charger. change cables, and then run your CPAP off the battery.

Works about 3 nights running resmed 10 with no humidity

Thus battery works great to run my CPAP. I built a circuit to convert the 5v to 3.7v for the reference signal. I found the connectors for the CPAP and battery in my box of wires and used an old lure box to hold it all

Keeps my CPAP airsense 10 going for 2 nights

Keeps my CPAP going for a couple of nights if I turn off the heater. Might go more but I haven't tried. Also haven't tried using the heater when using this instead of an AC power source.

Will not work with a Resmed Airsense10 APAP machine

This is a great battery, but it will not work with a Resmed Airsense10 APAP machine. At a full charge, this battery discharges 29.4V, which is too high for the 24V machine. It just immediately clicks off. Too bad! I liked the size of the battery, and purchased the special 24V cord to go directly from the battery to the 24V machine. As an experiment, I discharged the battery about 25%, by charging some phones, etc. THEN, it worked fine, powered up the APAP, and ran for a few hours. If only it…

Resend Cpap magic on my review.

Used this for camping with my resend10. I was blown away at how good it worked. No problems. And lasted 2 nights, might have lasted a 3rd. This fits so well in my Cpap case I might never travel with the normal charger again. If you camp get this.

Worked great with Airsense 10 Resmed cpap

I bought this just to use as a back up and camping battery for my Resmed Airsense 10.It is the 24v but you still have to buy a separate power cable.I used it for 2 consecutive nights (turned off water and heated tube) and it worked perfectly without any charging in between.As other reviewers stated, sometimes you have to plug it in a few times for the cpap to recognize its on battery power but it works fine. very happy to have this for my Resmed Airsense 10

Can power Airmini CPAP

I'm glad to report the "idunmed DC 24V Power Cord" works to bridge the gap between a battery pack and an Airmini CPAP. Though it goes through the 24v and not the 12v as I'd hoped it still works.Paired with the "TalentCell 12/24V" I was able to get 3 solid nights of sleep while backpacking when I set the max pressure to 12. Home testing on that battery only gave 1.7 nights sleep when allowed to go all the way up to 20.Three things; 1) this battery is almost 3 pounds 2) Takes for-e-ver to charge.

Good value for money

I use this to power my photo booth! I’ve done 2 3-4 hours events & it only went from 4 bars to 3 bars! I don’t know the total number of hours you can use this for & the amount of power your consuming it with will matter… but I’d say it’s pretty durable! I love that it has the dc port & a USB! Can be used to charge your laptop on the go!
