Vendor: You sent me old creams!
Haven't ordered any cream for a long time. It arrived quickly but it struck me as odd as if the cream had split and gone soft. I contacted Taylor directly at Old Bond and asked what the problem, if any, might be. They said it was probably an old product and advised buying the cream directly from them to avoid the old product. The smell is still there, although not as intense and fresh as usual, and the cream is still working, but not. the foam is just as good. I have not made a return as I work on ships and unfortunately returning via Revain is too hassle and time consuming when you have limited port times.
