After 8 months of using this sink I really like it. Originally I wanted a rectangular sink, also from Revain. But this one was available for less than $100, so I figured I didn't like the square ones that much. When I opened the box it looked brand new! After the contractor installed it, the sink in my kitchen looks beautiful, solid, heavy and quiet! I have the "anti-scratch" version, which has small imperfections. I'm not sure if it differs from the smooth version but I don't see any obvious scratches. Looks like the day I got it. I cook 90% of our meals so you can see a lot of dishes and heavy pots and pans in that sink. Maybe it's personal preference, but I really like the rounded corners. They are easier to wash. Some people complain about maintenance and water stains. Any stainless steel sink will leave a water stain if you don't wipe it dry immediately. It's like your stainless steel bowls or pots and pans. Even some stainless steel appliances behave this way. Personally, I think anti-scratch cambers are better at hiding water stains. I've seen other stainless steel sinks with heavy water stains at friends'. Maintenance: The sink itself is easy to clean. The manufacturer includes a rack to prevent dishes from scratching the bottom of the sink. That means you still have some cleaning to do (this applies to all stainless steel sinks). You can choose not to use it. But I think the cleaning isn't that bad. I also use an old toothbrush, squeeze dish soap on it, clean the wire crossings. Don't forget to clean the rubber feet and side bumpers. Then I flip the trellis and do it again. Go upstairs with water when you're done. Take maybe 2-3 minutes for all of this. I am also impressed that there is no rust on the grille. I am very happy with this sink; This is my best buy for a kitchen remodel. I can't believe what I got for a car wash of this quality. Take it, you will like it.
