Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Review of HP 14s-dq2022ur - i5 1135G7/8GB/512GB(nvme) Bought for 45 590? The beech was bought as a partial replacement for the hospital in trivial tasks, when it was too lazy to sit at the table. And in the end it exceeded all my expectations. In fact, it (with some assumptions) is almost equal to my hospital based on 7700K (if it was in stock, ofcomurse) I drove AIDA64 for about 20 minutes, because. I don’t see much point in such stress tests. It is unlikely that anyone will renderCGIon it, but in theory this is possible. I also ran standard memory and CPU tests for a general idea of performance. Footnotes: [1] Icommpare it with him for obvious reasons [2] According to Micron. It is their memory modules that are in the laptop. [3] I don't know why all manufacturers write 512. When in fact there is ~ 500GB / 1024 = 488 (And Windows sees even less - 476GB). I have the same story with Samsung 970 PRO [4] Unlike sofa reviewers from YouTube, I didn’t fall on the floor to test the screen of a budget laptop with any software and sit f*cking on graphs and numbers. I trust my eyes andcommpare with the monitor (C49HG90DMI) placing the laptop in front of it. In terms of image quality, comlor reproduction and brightness, it is in no way inferior to a thousand-dollar monitor. IMHO PS: Do not listen to thecommmentator above (named Stas). He either bought a laptop from the gypsies in transit, or he got a marriage (I'm more inclined towards the first option).Considering that the laptopcommes without an OS, most likely Stas installed some kind of uber-repack from Vasyan from 8G, a driver-pack-torrent edition.

Pros
  • The whole laptop is one continuous advantage. HP also has gunpowder in powder flasks and a conscience. The last time I was just as pleased with the HP Pavilion dv6-6179er, which, similarly, also tucked in the cheek of competitors in a higher price category. And now to the point: - Intel Core i5-1135G7. In terms of performance +- at the level of 7700K in stock [1] - 8GB fast RAM (2666). In theory, holds up to 64GB (3200) [2] - 500GB NVMe drive ! [3] - The quality of assembly and materials is good. It could be better, but considering the price tag. + - The screen is clear, bright, the color is excellent. Matte, which is also a big plus. [four] - All usb ports 3.2 Gen1, there is Type-C - Keyboard backlight. 2 brightness modes. Can be turned off - The touch is wide, comfortable. Responsiveness is good. Supports gestures - If you are a monsieur who knows a lot about perversions, then for you Intel's have made a worthy insertion of the Xe Graphics G7. Specific rock tests on YouTube show performance +- similar to R5 4500U Vega 6 - Fat plus is the possibility of upgrade / repair / maintenance. The memory is not soldered as in many modern ones (either all or partly). Easy access to guts
Cons
  • - Plastic on 4 out of 5, throughout the body. There is no feeling that you are holding a monolithic (solid) thing in your hands. Everything seems fragile, as if now you push harder and it will crack or bend :) - There is an invisible play at the bottom of the touchpad. When you "tap" on it (not pressing), there is a rattling sound from the contact of the plastic. This is not critical, and most likely can be easily fixed by adding a soft pad under the touch ! The only real jamb is the wireless module. I checked it in Win10 and Xubuntu. It catches far, the connection itself is stable, ! BUT the speed is just awful! From the same AP (5GHz) at the same distances: (tel 100Mbit, laptop 20Mbit), in another room (tel 40Mbit, laptop 2Mbit).
