I read all the reviews about strong/ridiculous/irritating adhesives on the labels but decided I could do without it and it wouldn't be so bad. Well they are all true! My 2 wine bottle holders appeared to be very well packaged in an envelope (maybe they should have been in a box) but both arrived with a few tears. I'd rather not go back and wait for more potentially cracked parts to keep me alright. They work the same way. However, labels are SO annoying and impossible to understand. They are large black Cuisinart labels on the side and back so you won't want to leave them. The labels are stickers, but the area is also somewhat glued on with 4 dots of super/hot glue(?). I've tried peeling them off to get the drips of glue off, but that just doesn't work and cleaning doesn't help. The only way to get rid of the dots is to scrape and peel them off. Absurd. The size of the holders is good and my wine bottles fit well in them.
