Review on MidWest High Walk Thru Steel Gate by Elizabeth Morales

We bought two of these gates and they work well. The reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is the lack of procurement of spare parts. At an interval of about 4 months and a week, the spring-loaded plastic hinge failed. The screw has not loosened, the post it is screwed into has been cut off on both. I contacted the manufacturer and they offered to look into my claim, but the gate still works, albeit a little less efficiently. All I wanted was for them to send me two top hinges, even sell them, but apparently they're out of stock.
