Review on PerformanceGuard Incident Management Connector by Christopher Gonzalez

This product is easy to use, has all of our requirements met when it comes time for an incident response plan (IRP). The support team at Perfomanceguard was very helpful in working with us through this process as well! We have been able resolve most issues we've had using their service without needing any other outside vendors or consultants involved - that's how good they are!! I'd recommend them wholeheartedly if you need help writing your IR P document. They helped me write one which covers my needs perfectly but can be easily modified by others who may not know what those terms mean exactly so there isn't much room left out from some perspective :).
