Review on Cellet Universal Holder Adjustable Iphone by Lance Alvarez

I have an iPhone 4S with a Griffin Elan Form Graphite case (thin hard case). I was specifically looking for this type of phone holder. I didn't mount it in the traditional sense and I don't regret it. I used a sticky dash mount without double sided foam tape. I drilled two small holes on either side of the steering knuckle and screwed it directly into the dash. I've had him there for almost two years now. Admittedly, the first one broke on my wife's first try (operator error), but that's why I bought this product. I bought two more. All I had to do was remove the screw in the adjustable knuckle and reuse the dash-mounted part. I also have a retreat in case my wife decides to get behind the wheel of my truck again. The product feels a little flimsy but shows no signs of wear or extra play in the fasteners. With my phone in the holder, I can plug in a standard Apple adapter to charge it if needed.
