Had high hopes for the dress

Looked great on Revain and I was very excited when it arrived before I opened it. This is written for men but I am assuming the size chart is for a nationality other than the US. I usually wear a 2xl which is also a good length fit but I wanted a loose comfy hoodie for lazy days so I went for the 3xl. I tried it on and it fit like a very tight 2xl and the length was about 3 inches above the waistline. Needless to say, their "exact size" statement is inaccurate. Too bad I didn't tear the packaging before trying it on or it will come back. Very disappointed.
